Joe has extensive experience as a B2B software founder as well as an investor, providing him with a unique vantage point on how to build the leading acquirer of enterprise software companies.
Prior to founding Mosaic, Joe was the co-founder and CEO of two specialty software companies – Eden, a niche horizontal software-as-a-service (SaaS) company for workplace management, and Alder, a tech-enabled marketplace for the provision of facilities services.
Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Joe attended Stanford’s Graduate School of Business for his MBA, and formerly worked in finance as a private equity investor at Lindsay Goldberg and as an M&A investment banker at Lehman Brothers. Joe attended the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan for his undergraduate studies.
