Matt Rosso

Leading the deal execution efforts for Mosaic, Matt has extensive experience in M&A advisory and software investing.

Prior to Mosaic, Matt was an SVP on the investment team at PSG, a leading software growth equity firm based in Boston, where he executed over 15 transactions across a variety of end-markets and segments within B2B software. Matt began his career in investment banking at Barclays in New York after graduating from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
